Hi, my name is Julissa Rowe, and I’m the founder of Divine Youth Guidance—a youth-focused organization based in San Antonio, Texas. I created this organization from a deeply personal place.

As a former foster youth, I experienced firsthand the trauma of instability, abuse, and neglect. I know what it feels like to be alone, unheard, and without support. But I also know what it means to overcome. Against all odds, I found my voice, my purpose, and now I’ve dedicated my life to being a light for youth who are walking the same path I once did. 

Now, we’re working to open a 24-hour residential treatment center to serve youth in crisis—children and teens with emotional and behavioral disorders, many of whom have experienced severe trauma.

Right now, the need is urgent. There are so many youths in Texas who have nowhere safe to turn. Our center will offer:

✅ Safe, trauma-informed care 24/7
✅ Licensed therapeutic services
✅ Life skills, education, and mentorship
✅ Family support and reunification resources
✅ A loving, structured, healing environment

But we can’t do it without you. We’re raising $1,000,000 to cover the costs of:

🏠 Property acquisition and facility renovations
🛏️ Beds, supplies, and essential furnishings
👩‍⚕️ Staffing and licensing
🧠 Therapy tools, learning materials, and care packages
